RE: Debut Announcement

Azalea Society of America Convention

 Lafayette, LA

Spring 2022

Dear Azalea Enthusiast’s:

Lafayette Louisiana will be the site for the annual convention of the Azalea Society of America (ASA) on March 10-13, 2022!

This is exciting for our city as we are celebrating over 80 years of the Historic Azalea Trail. We want you to be a part of this by helping us provide the best venues available.

This convention is a chance for Lafayette to showcase its springtime landscape beauty as well as all the great arts and culture and food we do so well. The azalea trail traverses throughout Lafayette’s historic and garden districts which will be one of the highlights of the tours for this convention. In addition, we are touring the attendees to Acadiana’s beautiful gardens at Jefferson and Avery Islands.

We would like to ask for your support as a sponsor or donor to help us cover the costs of the tour transportation and lunch on the Friday & Saturday of the convention. As our Louisiana Travel motto is, we want to “Feed Their Soul” while they are here and provide the best lunch and day tours that we can offer.

Please see the attached Press Release for the convention. Contact: Mrs. Denise Lanclos (337) 277-7323
